To process your deletion request efficiently and securely, please provide:
Personal Identification:

- Email address associated with your account
- Phone number (if provided to us previously)
- Account username or ID (if applicable)

Verification Documents:
- Copy of government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID)

Processing Timeline
Standard Processing
- Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours
- Verification: 3-5 business days
- Deletion: 30 days from verification
- Confirmation: Within 45 days total
Healthcare Data (PHI)
- Review: 30 days (HIPAA compliance)
- Legal Assessment: Additional 30 days if needed
- Deletion: Upon approval
- Total: Up to 60 days
Note: We may extend these timeframes by an additional 60 days when reasonably necessary, and will notify you of any extension within the initial response period.
